"My daughter had an appointment to have teeth extracted. First, I was surprised when I went to pay my portion of the bill. I was told there was "a small fee for credit card transactions." That "small fee" ended up being $16!!! I made a quick trip to the back to pull out the cash instead. Then, my daughter waited in the lobby for about an hour before being called back. Finally, while my daughter was in the back, I spoke to one of the women at the desk about keeping the teeth in case my daughter wanted them. The woman told me that they typically ask before the surgery begins. Later, I found out this was not true. The dentist had thrown them in the trash with other teeth and debris. Being in this business, they should be aware that especially children through teenagers may want to keep their teeth. An effort should be made to ask prior to the extraction, and if not sure, to separate the teeth and ask afterwards. Kind of thoughtless in my opinion."

Dr. Miremadi provided a very thorough description of each procedure, answered all of my questions and made me feel very at ease prior to each surgery.
