"It’s so unfortunate that the front desk lady is one of the rudest individuals I’ve ever had to experience from ANY doctors office I’ve ever been to. I LOVE Dr Baker. He’s an amazing dentist. He’s so kind and understanding and patient. I LOVE the hygienists and workers. They’re all great. But that lady at the desk is horrible and so unprofessional and rude. It’s really disheartening that I’m not the only one that’s experienced it based off the other reviews and she is just running patients off left and right. I wouldn’t be back just because of her. Extremely unprofessional, i literally cried after being on the phone with her lol. Ridiculous."

His staff are very friendly and you can tell that they enjoy working for the doctor. I had a root canal performed without any pain! I didn’t need any pain medication. My co-workers couldn’t believe I came to work the next day. Best Dentist in the Miami Valley, period!"
