"The actual dentist he is freaking awesome!!! Super kinda super friendly and extremely caring! But when it comes to the financial side the manager it's like pulling teeth trying to get her to do something. The dentist couldn't extract my tooth after a couple tries so he referred me to a excellent oral surgeon. But I ended up preparing my extraction ahead of time for budgeting reasons but when asking for a refund it was no problem but when I called up today just to check if it was refunded ( I know it takes few business days to show up in my account) when I asked they state it wasn't submitted for refund and the manager is now out on leave won't be back until Wednesday... Advised don't pay until job is complete ✅ UPDATE 2/14 I got a personal apology cal and my refund is being processed she was very apologetic and I completely understand where she was coming from"

"1. I have anxiety PTSD and a huge fear if dentist. I had just got out of the hospital for my back and in a lot pain. 2. I had a bad tooth and it couldn't' t wait any longer to be seen. 3. So I get to Settlers and instantly there is a sense they are kind and caring people. The way they spoke and their actions gave me this sende. Well they took me back and I met Kat and the Dentist Daniel. Literally in a flash ( it couldn't have been more then 15 minutes) my tooth was pulled, had no pain and both of them were so funny about how it was so easy . I just started crying and babbling on about how incredible this was. I have never had so much care and concern for me in a dentist. Everyone there took such good care me. My life is really rough right now but I do my best to smile and laugh so it doesn't show. They recognized my needs for support and were amazing at giving me a beautiful experience with something I have feared all my life.ya'll be seeing me again. They are proactive about my dental care and prior to seeing them I had been basically putting a bandaid over my gum disease issue. They have now started correcting the problem instead of just getting me in and out and collecting the $ like previous practices. It’s amazing to see the difference in my oral health since I’ve started with this practice. You can tell they are passionate about what they do and truly care about each patient. I’ve now switched my whole family over."
