"Dr. Toro is great unless you need a referral/coordination of care or have reason to question her recommendations. With referrals, she doesn't follow up if there is the least bit of difficulty getting the referral information or getting it to the right office. You'll end up doing all the legwork. She won't even fax the order in, so good luck if the only contact is a fax, and you don't have a fax machine. Our child had reason to be referred elsewhere (by Dr. Toro and by a physician) for some procedures that might need to be done with sedation, and Dr. Toro told us to ask about doing a variety of work all at once if our child was going to be sedated. Our child ended up not being sedated, but as part of getting this work done, multiple dentists ended up looking at his teeth and saying our child didn't have all the cavities she said were present. In trying to understand her perspective on this (not all professionals are apt to wait and see on some issues, which is a judgment call), she didn't use any of the same terminology the other professionals used so that we could compare what we heard from the other professionals to what she recommended. She also repeated herself a bunch without really listening to my specific questions. As a result, it was impossible to compare her recommendations to what others said to make an informed choice. In the meantime, my husband tried to speak with her about this to hear the recommendations for himself, but it was impossible to reach her (multiple attempts and even a request for a time he could stop by the office in person). When we chose to not have everything drilled and filled that she specified, she was very angry and told us that we weren't a good fit for her office. Up to this point, these procedures had been "recommended" by her. When we chose some "recommendations" and not others based on THREE different professionals saying the same informative things (not to do some of the work), we became the problem."

"Excellent dentist that truly care about your dental health. Loved their clean dental facility and the comfortable chairs. Their chairs have a massage and heat feature to keep you comfortable. Worth the time and investment!"

"Made a new patient appointment 6 months (at the least) out, told when I arrived that my insurance is now out of network and it’ll be $350. Had given insurance information a week prior and was told they accepted it, was also stated on the insurance website that they were in network. Had spoken to at least two different people prior to the appointment and wasn’t told a thing. Highly do not recommend."

"Dr. Toro is an amazing denist. Her and her whole staff are always super gentle and very concerned with your comfort. They communicate well as they are working. Never any surprise pokes or scrapes. I wouldn't go anywhere else."

"I would have given a one star if it weren’t for the staff. They have always been personable, friendly and helpful. In my previous experience, Dr. Toro has been too, but in one visit she instantly went from one of the nicest dentists (and I had a great one before her, for 25 years before he retired!) to one of the worst, for me. After a misunderstanding, instead of professionally explaining something I had questioned, her attitude quickly changed. She walked out and asked her office manager to tell me to leave without services. Then refused to speak to me face to face after I requested to talk with her. She also refused our request for a call back. I am disappointed to say my family and I will not be returning to her office and I would not recommend her."
