I called and they tried to tell me I only received 2 crowns, when they did 3. This place is a joke! Do not go to this office!"
"The dentist and hygienists are great, but the front desk staff and those who handle billing are not a good reflection of the business. Multiple issues with combining my husband's dental work with mine. We are under different insurance companies. Referring my son to a specialist and not sending all the information the dentist mentioned, including the referral and x-rays. I had to pay for repeat x-rays. Very frustrating."
"I'm happy with the work I've had done here, I've had quite a bit. Over the past few years I've had multiple crowns and repairs due to my own neglect and a at least some repair due to issues caused by a different dental practice north of town. Today I'm happy to say my mouth is free of problems and I smile proudly! The staff and Dr Jon were great, always smiling, laughing, comforting, and made the visits easy."
