"Boley Braces is the Chick-fil-A of the orthodontist world. When you first walk in, you’re met with friendly faces, helpful staff, and an atmosphere unlike what you’d expect for that type of establishment. It’s welcoming there, and Dr. Boley and his staff make the difference. They are incredibly efficient, yet you don’t feel like a number to them. They are remarkably busy, yet take the time with you to give you the care and attention you want and deserve (and you never wait long). The staff are all extremely personable and enjoyable to be around. They talk with their patients, and each other about everyday life. They aren’t robots, and that’s welcomed as a patient; it’s good to know they are people too and it just comes across as extremely genuine. These people seem to enjoy their work and their employer. Dr. Boley seems very down to earth and like a guy you’d love to hang out with around a campfire; he comes across as a rather humble guy for running such a wildly successful outfit. Even the small things they do are mutually beneficial for their patients and the business as well. For example: appointment reminders are automatically printed on what looks like a venue ticket, with a tear off “doctor’s excuse” and the shape/size of the ticket makes it unlikely to lose, so you won’t have to miss an appointment or get a surprise call due to losing your reminder. You don’t have to ask for the reminder or the doctor’s note; it’s automatically given to the patient when you schedule. Also, they give you a comfortable shirt that you can wear in to get a candy bar at each appointment, which obviously helps their advertising and gets you a little treat as well. Frankly soft comfortable shirts that are free are always welcomed in my household. I’ll wear it long after I’m out of Invisalign and won’t feel bad about it either as I’m happy to give these folks the advertising. In closing, it’s worth coming to visit these fine people if you need an orthodontist. My wife and I are both huge fans of this place and we can’t say enough great things about them. Our kids will undoubtedly need braces/Invisalign when they are a bit older, so I’m sure we’ll be back! Thank you Dr. Boley and the entire staff that does such a wonderful job! Keep up the great work, you all have an amazing thing going!"
