"Terrible experience! Hygienist had a terrible attitude and made me feel like I was bothering her. Never took the time to introduce herself or go over small details of what was going to happen. For someone like myself who may be a little nervous, they were condescending and rude and made no effort to care or have empathy. I left in the middle of the visit and me and my family will never come back! The dentist actually called and made it worse. He asked for "my story" and "my side of things" and made it into a he said she said thing with the "thats not what i herd" thrown in, and could care less.. I don't need a condescending egomaniac, I need someone who takes the time to explain and help me and my family the way physicians in Harrison used to be. Care about your community, be better! Stay away from this business!!!!"

"Dr Shartzer is literally the best dentist I could have ever asked for. Even when I lived 4 hours away I still drove back to see her specifically! She’s funny and so knowledgeable and makes you feel very at ease which is good if you get nervous like I do. She’s filled serveral of my cavities and isn’t rough like other people are. Cannot recommend enough!!!"
