"Was a satisfied customer or so I thought. I had a split front tooth and was kind of worried about it. Went in to have it checked out. Meister Dental did X-rays and examined the tooth and said really no worries and I didn’t have any cavities. I’m now traveling overseas and got an appointment with a foreign dentist to get a second opinion. The foreign dentist took X-rays and used a pic on the chipped tooth and the tooth completely collapsed. The dentist told me the tooth was very brittle plus I had two cavities which completely shocked me considering Meister Dental told me I was cavity free! I wanted to put a negative review on Meister Dental website but his website doesn’t provide that option, and now I know why!"

"The staff and dentists are all very nice. The facility is modern and clean. They are very patient with my anxiety regarding dentists and drilling on teeth... from childhood trauma."

"Only giving 1 star because the hygienist does great work, is so pleasant and doesn’t shame you. HOWEVER: If you have to miss an appointment, they put you out 6 months. I HAD STREP THROAT. GUESS I SHOULDA DRAGGED MY SICK A$$ IN AND INFECTED EVERYONE IN THE BUILDING. Front staff are always rude. I was billed for full amount of a root canal, the lady argued I had to pay and could be billed after my insurance was billed. No word from office. Within the next two months I go on for checkup/cleaning and lo, I have hundreds of dollars in credit. I said just cut me a check for the over bill. NOPE. Only give out credits. So I have to go to this office to use my money. SO THAT’S HOW YOU HAVE A PLACE IN FT LAUDERDALE MEISTER."

"I have found my forever dentist!! Everyone EVERYONE was incredibly kind and I fully felt like I was heard in my concerns. I had Dr Sprague and I adore her personality and professionalism. As I waited for my crown, I listened to the male dentist work with a young boy in the room next to me and, as a mother, was absolutely in love with how they spoke with the boy at his level and used words he understood to make him comfortable. No one ever talked around him, always TO him, and that's so important. I'm really really happy I stumbled across this dentist office!"

"Let me start off by saying how professional and courteous the staff is! Second, the cleanliness and top of the line technology is just amazing, it makes you feel so much more comfortable. I can honestly say my 7 and 9 year old son told me this morning the dentist visit they went to yesterday was FUN. I've never heard a kid say the dentist was fun. I highly recommend a visit and can guarantee you will not be disappointed!"
