"UPDATE- I gave rhis place one star not 5 . I wouldn't have given them any if I could. But somehow it keeps showing I gave them 5 stars. Not even close!!!! They canceled two of my appointments the day before I was scheduled. First time I was told the Dentist was on vacation. Second time they told me the had a roof leak a few weeks before hand and they needed to remodel. When i try calling to reschedule no one answers and no voicemail is set up.My prior cleanings always seemed rushed. Place seems very disorganized and unprofessional. If anything positive changes there I will update my review to reflect but for now a give them one star."

"BEWARE!! If I could give this place negative stars I would!! This place should be shut down! Not only for malpractice but for fraud!! My child went here for the past few years, paid THOUSANDS out of pocket for dental work WITH dental insurance! Recently went to a new dentist and they informed me that the dental work that had been done for my child is completely wrong, shouldn’t have been done and is the reason his teeth is worse! On top of that, they haven’t been billing my dental insurance since 2020 so I’ve been paying for 100% of all dental work for the past almost 3 years, well I confronted them about it a few months ago and they recently submitted all previous dental work to my insurance and received back pay from previous insurance claims! If that isn’t fraud or illegal then I don’t know what is! So they got paid twice! I gave them the option to refund me for the past 3 years and they have ignored me and haven’t got back with me in over a month! Next step is taking them to court and suing them! I also contacted the State of Ohio dental board to do some investigating. DO NOT GO HERE! I would rather pull my teeth with pliers than go here."

"I'm afraid of the dentist. However the dentist at Amazing Smiles in Harrison Ohio was fantastic. I've been putting off having a tooth pulled because of my fear. He referred me to another dentist that offers IV sedation however I couldn't afford that. So my original dentist gave me medication to calm my nerves before he pulls my tooth on Dec 28th 2022. He is very understanding to my fear and is very gentle. I will post a review after my procedure is done. So far I highly recommend this dentist. He has great bedside manner and a great listener."
