"Sadly I’m leaving this dentists office. I called today to schedule an appointment since mine was canceled due to COVID-19 (which I completely understand). They told me they were scheduling out into September. I tried to explain to the lady on the phone that my original appointment was important For me because the issue with me scheduling that far out Is that I work full time and go to school part time so my schedule is constantly changing so I was wondering if I could be put on a list to call if there was a cancellation. The lady didn’t even allow me to get halfway through this before she gave me an attitude about how it’s not their fault and wouldn’t let me talk. I calmly told her that her tone was very disappointing and that she was being very rude to interrupt me and not let me talk. In fact she ended up hanging up on me. I’ve been going here to see Dr. Kluener since I was a child. Unfortunately I won’t be back. No one should speak to someone else that way. Hopefully your calls are recorded so you can give this front desk person some training in customer service."
