"Very friendly. Painless. The woman dentist in there is great! Got my top teeth pulled and a wisdom tooth pulled in about 40 minutes. The assistant was very nice and the new lady who was shadowing put my mind at ease. Overall great experience so far. We will see once new top denture is completed in a few months from now but the immediate denture is fine so far.."

"Staff was unprofessional and made me wait due to their personal conversations. The X-ray tech took 17 X-rays and I’ve never had that many at 1 time, came off like she didn’t know what she was doing, the hygienist was very rushing and came off arrogant and unfriendly and no concern for my concern being there for my tooth. The dentist themselves barely examined me and didn’t care either, the office manager I had to intervene her personal convo with staff after leaving me in a chair for 20 minutes only to be told they “couldn’t do the procedure” and I needed the more expensive one. Was the most blizzard and awful experience at a dentist office ever. Please save your time and money and go elsewhere. You’ve been warned!"

"I gave this some time before I wrote it, they got me in last minute and given that I needed an infected tooth removed I get it was not enjoyable. The person working the front desk could not have been more confrontational, like she was hoping for an argument, and mind you, the whole time her child (although adorable) was running through the office. I had the most painful experience in my life at this place after they forced me to do countless x rays. The painful tooth extraction happened and then they essentially booted me out the door with a heavily bleeding mouth and the most of the staff was ridiculously condescending. (Looking at you, secretary). Do not go here unless it's absolutely necessary."

"This is by far the best dental office I’ve ever been to. They scheduled me within 48 hrs of my phone call and were in network and knowledgeable about all insurance… so office staff A+ The dental team from the hygienist, dentist and assistants we're absolutely the best of the best!!! I drove 6 hrs to come here from Virginia and it was worth it…There’s not a dentist within 400 miles of my house that can come close to their skills!! They care and it shows!!!"

"Recently, I came here for a cleaning appointment, and it has turned into a nightmare. They told me that I had a cavity and pressured me into getting it filled in. Keep in mind I felt no discomfort at this point or any indication of this cavity. I've had cavities previously and I could tell when they were giving me issues. After the procedure I felt discomfort and sensitivity to both hot and cold. This discomfort wasn't improving, and I decided to call so that I could have some peace of mind. I was told that it was normal to feel this for awhile after the procedure, but it has only gotten worse. Since calling the discomfort has increased, and has become painful. It's to the point I've had to call off of work, and I've lost sleep. Today I called and set up an appointment for this afternoon. The doctor came in and seemed rushed. She tapped on my tooth that was causing pain, and informed me that I needed another costly procedure to fix this problem. After only looking over my tooth briefly, the doctor left. Then an aid came over telling me the outrageous cost of the root canal. I was in so much pain and I couldn't stand to be in there any longer and left. I was given a prescription for an antibiotic, and once I arrived to the pharmacy they had no record of it. They even checked the other locations to make sure it wasn't incorrectly sent. I decided to call the office back and they told us they must've forgot to fill it out and send it. I regret coming to this location because it has been nothing but issues. After reading other reviews it's apparent why this location has a poor rating. I've canceled my future appointments and set up with a more reputable office, and I'd urge others to do the same."
