"I wouldn’t even give them one star honestly. I have been going here for almost 2 years. Mind you I drive almost two hours to get here. Never once was I told how long I would have my braces on for. I pointed out a few gaps at the top of my teeth asking how they would go away , the response to this from them I got “ your a women so your supposed to have “ feminine “ teeth so I will not be doing anything Because they look perfectly fine “ , never knew feminine teeth were a thing ?? I also have an 80% over bite that was supposed to be corrected. I have had rubber bands for over a year, and have wore them every single day like I am supposed to. And my overbite has never once changed. So I decided to find a new orthodontist just to be told that almost every single one of my brackets are placed incorrectly, my teeth are not even close to be aligned ( which is the first step of braces ) , and I need two teeth pulled to get no overbite, and I will basically have to start over from scratch and have a whole 2 more years or so of braces. And I will have to pay for all of this out of pocket again. When my mother contacted them. They did not give a care in the world. I would not recommend this place to a single person. Please do not waste your time here"
"My daughters has been going to Dr Duchon for over 9 year almost 10 and still have their braces on !!every time I talk to the staff they say we remove them when they're ready and in August 2020 I went to the office and talk to the doctor he said very soon we'll remove them and yet he did not !! The staff told my daughters if you want us to remove it you have to sign papers ...!! Almost 10 years and we still have to sign papers .I don't recommend him to anyone"
