"Horrible customer service I waited over and hour never received service I rate the 0 out of 10 once I called and complained to my family about the wait time I was told that I can leave and that me being in pain doesn't matter horrible customer service horrible people do not recommend run away that you do not care about"

"I went to this office bc I was having a hard time getting in to a dentist and I needed a molar pulled (emergency) I was in a room waiting for the dentist as she was working on someone else. I could hear the drill and the other patient was SCREAMING out in pain, I yelled I want to go home so the dentist came in and numbed me (it was so painful) fast forward 1 week my chin and bottom lip are still numb indicating permanent nerve damage. I'm calling my oral surgeon in the morning. Do your research before you commit to something so permanent."

"What an awful place. I arrived early for my appointment, and they didn't even speak to me until 30 minutes after it was supposed to start. No one was called back the entire time I was there. They told me they wouldn't do a filling in the back, and my insurance wouldn't cover a crown, so they asked if I wanted it removed. I just left. I would not wish this on anyone. Find somewhere else to go if you have any way possible to do so. BTW, my insurance would have covered a filling or a crown..."

"I came in because my insurance approved dentures. They took no impressions of my mouth before they started pulling teeth.. The husband does not know how to talk to people. I’m not your wife and I’m not your daughter so you’re not gonna talk to me all crazy. I have a feeling I’m screwed with the denture thing. Stay far away"

"This dental center is the best dental center I have ever been to by far. They don’t mess around and charge you for appointment after appointment, you go in and they get done what needs to get done. I had a lost filling near my front teeth from previous dental centers and the dentist here replaced it with a new (aesthetically pleasing) one during ONE visit! AND I didn’t even have to ask for it not to be a jarring and obvious filling material. The professionals here remembered me after 3 years! My family doesn’t go to medical centers regularly, but the fact that they could remember us after not seeing us for years really means something special. They’re very kind, and professional people! I think all dental centers should be more like this one, and I’m so grateful gift that is Midwest Dental Center. This is my forever Dental Center for now on! If you’re looking for a reliable yet quick dental service, this is definitely the place to go. It may not be what you’re used to, but it’s the best. Reliable, honest, considerate, quick, trustworthy, dependable, integrity, and everything you need in a dental center."
