"My kids loved Dr. Zoll and Dr. Knierim is just as wonderful. The hygienist are always very gentle and bubbly. Unfortunately the receptionist weren't wonderful or bubbly they were quite the opposite. Now that I left the office due to the horrible receptionist they have replaced them. While closing out my bill I ran across an issue on their end. Anissa (one of the new receptionist) immediately fixed the problem and was very courteous. Her awesome customer service skills made me consider going back."

"We absolutely love Dr. Knierim and her team! She is very easy to talk to for both kids and adults. Everyone in the office has a great attitude. They never keep you waiting. They talk through all the procedures with the kids before starting. She is also excellent with my son with Autism. It’s very difficult to find doctors who can handle him AND are very relaxed with him. She takes it all in stride. My daughter loves going to the dentist and my son tolerates it! Most kids at my son’s severity and age have to be sedated, so that is more than I can ask for and I’m grateful for that!"
