"I have been a patient of Dr Benedict’s for @ 12 years and I would recommend him to anyone! I have needed an extensive about of dental work over the years and he’s done an amazing job! His staff is super friendly and most of them have been there the whole time I’ve been a patient. Dr Benedict is very friendly and easy to talk to about your issues! He is very good at doing everything he can to help you asap! He is also very knowledgeable and gentle while working on your mouth. I have to say I have always “hated” the dentist because of my own fears but he has always so comforting at that made me feel safe! I’m not quite sure what I’m going to do when he retires!"
"If you’re one like me who gets nervous when going to the dentist, I highly recommend this place! Went in for a new patient appointment and the entire staff was very kind and friendly! They were even able to fill some cavities on the same day! The hygienist and the assistant were both super friendly, walking me through everything and checking on me. The Dr was really knowledgeable and I was impressed on how gentle and quick he was at filling my cavities. Overall positive experience and I look forward to going back!"
"I have been going to this office for many years. The staff has changed & makes the visit unpleasant. Dr Benedict is still friendly & knowledgeable. However, Anne the hygienist is very unprofessional & rude, she has terrible customer service , professionalism or concern for the patients . Her attitude will make the office lose alot of customers not considering her teeth doesn't look the greatest to be employed at a dental office."
