"I've been going to Dr. Haggerty for over 30 years and have been very pleased. I've always been treated well, so I'm skeptical of the negative reviews, especially the comments about cancelling appointments. On very rare occasions, I've had to reschedule and have never had a problem. Dr. Haggerty and his staff have always made me feel comfortable for any procedure. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist."

"Don't waste your time. They dropped my son as a patient for missing ONE appointment, even during covid and with adequate notice! They clearly don't care about their patients and that's just sad."

"If I could give this dentist 0 stars, I would. Doctor Haggerty is good enough as a doctor but his staff and policies are what make his office and practice very terrible. We only went to him once and upon my son's and wife's second visit my 5 year old son was feeling ill, so ill we decided to, instead of taking him to the dentist, go to the ER. We called as we were on our way, and over the phone the receptionist sounded irritated and annoyed even at our sudden change. Two days later we received a letter in the mail informing us of their STRICT cancellation policy. So despite a situation out of our control, our family is no longer welcome and that my appointment scheduled from a few weeks later was also canceled. They even made SURE we saw we were no longer welcome by using yellow highlighter to emphasize that we had all been removed. You would think considering the situation that, we would have sent a warning letter rather than choosing to lose an entire family. Horrible, terrible way to treat patients. I would NEVER recommend his practice to anyone!"

"In my personal opinion Dr Haggerty is a great dentist, but his office staff is ridiculously rude.... My four children and myself were patients for years until I scheduled an appt, I requested the day of the appt off within my place of employment, I ended up not getting the day off to be able to go to the appt i called 2 hours before my appt time to let them know and to reschedule.. That is when the secretary told me that me and my 4 children were being dropped as patients.. I've tried several times to at least get my children back in with him and every time I have been rudely told by the RUDE secretary that it's not possible. Like seriously it's not like I didn't call ahead to let them know I couldn't make it, explained the whole situation and no compassion from his staff what so ever"

"I actually really liked this practice & was a patient there for almost 10 years. However, because I was unable to keep an appt I was dropped as a patient (I even canceled 24 hrs before, but because my appt was on a Monday & I cancelled on a Sunday when they were closed, it didn’t count. Apparently I needed to cancel on Friday because nothing should possibly happen over the weekend that would cause you to miss your appointment). Very bad business to not be more understanding that life happens. Typical Dr. with a holier-than-thou attidude."
