"do not come here, yes they get you in fast but there not professional. The dude that “checks you in” wanted to argue with me because his workers weren’t doing right. he was mad because i got a cleaning and ig wasn’t supposed to . it’s not clean at all. workers are rude. there was teeth in the seat i was sitting in and the girl that worked on my teeth didn’t clean nor change the tool before she put it in my mouth after she did my brothers."
"It was fine until my daughter's procedure was denied by insurance. Called the office and told the man who works up front (very rude man) and told him the insurance company wants us to appeal it and for him to do it as well and he told me that's not his job, it's the patients. So I called insurance back and was on the phone with then for over an hr and she said prior Auth told her that they coded it wrong. She's 14 and they coded it for 15-21 yr old. She personally called him and then he proceeds to call me and attack me. Saying "you guys accuse me of lying! I want to make money for bills! You need to go somewhere else!""
