"If zero stars was an option, I’d select it. The most unorganized facility I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting. Please be aware that the “orthodontist” is only available one day a week and shares his time at a dental office in Cleveland. You will be VERY limited on appointment options. The doctor is always behind on paperwork and the staff is very upfront that he is the reason for delays and for rescheduling appointments. They’ve been very vocal that sometimes he doesn’t even send in orders until the day of the appointment, then the appointment has be moved. Since he is hardly ever there, you have to wait weeks to get back in. If you are not quick enough to confirm your appointment… that you personally made… the receptionist will boot your time slot. If you decide to go here, keep records of everything! Double check every invoice! Come with low expectations."
