"Had an amazing experience with this small family dental practice. Have already recommended them to all my friends."

"Would highly recommend! Always very welcoming and efficient. So many other dentists we've been to, made us feel like just a number. Rushed in and rushed out, getting as many patients seen as possible to make the most money. But Dr. Armstrong's is a small family type dentistry who knows your name and actually cares about the service they're providing to their patients."

"Would not recommend at all. Went for a root canal procedure and was treated so disrespectfully from Dr. Armstrong. They numbed my mouth and then began to have me bite down on a mouth piece to create my impressions for my crown. I had a difficult time completing the impressions, due to my mouth being numb. Dr. Armstrong basically stated, since I’m not listening he’s not going to continue and I’ll need to go somewhere else or get sedated by a doctor if I don’t want to listen. This office has never been the most welcoming, however I tried my best to continue getting serviced by them, just to support another Black owned business. His tone and demeanor was extremely disrespectful. Not only was my time wasted. The appointment lasted 15 minutes and I was numb for several hours, without my procedure being completed"

"WARNING: IF YOU START GOING HERE, YOU CAN NEVER SEE ANOTHER DENTIST AGAIN. My wife was a patient at this facility for over 8 years. Her mom, all 5 siblings, and I have all been patients. Recently, she got a different dental insurance company. When we were looking for places to go, there was one literally 0.1 miles away from our house, so she thought she'd give them a try. Bad choice. She thought they were rude, unprofessional, and they got her in and out of the room as quick as possible. No procedure was done, no cleaning, literally 1 x-ray was taken, and she was sent to check out. We waited (40 mins) longer than she was examined (maybe 10 mins). Anyways, this review isn't about that establishment. After having a terrible experience at that place, she called Earl, and asked to come back to the office she had always gone to. She explained what happened, how the other dentist didn't perform any procedures, and how she just wanted to come back to the place that she felt comfortable. She was told that they don't do second opinions. So she asked if she could just make a regular appointment then, and was told no. So then she asked if she'd be able to schedule appointments in the future, and was told no because if she did, they would have to address the problem that the other dentist saw. Mind you, no one touched her teeth. He literally said that he won't work on her teeth anymore because someone else LOOKED at them. Basically, moral of the story is, because another dentist looked at her teeth for maybe 10 minutes, Earl said he would never take her as a patient again. I think it's pathetic that a grown man has an ego that small, that he would put it over someone else's health; furthermore, I think it's disgusting that a doctor would refuse to treat a patient because someone else looked at them. On top of all of that, Earl's son, the one that answered the phone, was extremely rude to her, and acted like my wife was the ridiculous one because she was dumbfounded by their insane policies. I was honestly shocked because the last time we were there, they were kind and courteous, and we had never had any problems with them in the past. But apparently, if you even try to see another dentist, they view that as a sign of betrayal, and will remove you from their accepted patients list."

"My whole experience was great! This practice is patient centered. Mrs. Armstrong is an excellent hygienist with stable and sure hands. Between her, Dr. Armstrong and Earl their son, all of my questions were answered. I would recommend their practice to anyone and will be going back myself for sure. I"
