"The office staff was timely in providing estimates and working with changes in our propery list. They were incredibly understanding of schedule changes when logistical errors came up and were able to handily reschedule our move. The friendly and hardworking 3 person crew arrived on time, negotiated the awkward parking options in front of the old house, and efficiently loaded up items. Once at the new house, their professionalism and courtesy continued as they unloaded items and placed them where we needed. They also were able to move items in the new house safely down stairs. We especially appreciated their caution regarding the safety of our pets. The move was over in 2 hours. We could not be more satisfied with the service provided."
"When I first called I was scheduled for two trucks. They arrived with only one. By the time it was packed full, there were still items left in my home. I had to go back and fill up my car. They left random bits in every room and closet. I even found 1 of my favorite shoes still laying in the closet. They also did not mark every box which made the unpacking process even more of a struggle. I will say, the workers themselves were extremely friendly and nice and they worked very quickly. I'm just disappointed that I had to spend around $2800 for a pack and move and I still had to go back for left items."
"Two Men and a Truck moved my furniture and stacked it very carelessly. There were creases in all brand new leather couches, as well as the bottom of dressers broken off and every chair that I owned was scratched and dented in the cushion. The owner just called back after calling him for a month because he received court papers in the mail from small claims court. RUN!!!!"
