"They've really cut back on the amount of floor employees that are there to help you. They still have a great selection of things for TVs and computers, but you really need to do your homework at this point and what you're looking for. We had waited at the TVs for about an hour for assistance and never really got anybody. The store looks great though it's very clean, easy to navigate. Again, plenty of items to choose from and price points. Just a severe lack of employees in the location now."

"Went to purchase a transmitter for my car to Bluetooth my phone and found one left that was bent up and opened. When bringing it up to the manager he insisted nothing was wrong with it and that "if I don't want it don't buy it" and was walked away from. The products let alone customer service is the reason I'll no longer go back to best buy. Anything you could want you can get elsewhere with way better interactions. Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else. Don't reward this establishment with your hard earned money. Despicable"
"I went into the phone area and was just looking for an iPhone charging cable. I was in a hurry, so I asked a rep on the floor. He pointed to a section and told me they were over there. I went there, looked and looked. Could not see what I was looking for. So, I went to another employee and asked the same question. He also pointed to the same area. I looked at the area again, then back at the employee and could see he was looking down at whatever he was working on and paying no attention to me. Deciding that I didn't have time to keep looking, I left and bought one from the Kroger next door. I asked one of the greeters if she knew where I could find an iPhone cable and she gave the the specific aisle and which side. I found it in less than one minute and bought it there instead of at Best Buy. This sucks for me, becuase I had a gift card for Best Buy. It was a refund that they had given me. Once your money is spent with Best Buy, it's theirs in their eyes. They will only give you store credit if a refund is applicable, and as I've just experienced, they're not the most customer service oriented group either, so good luck finding what you want to spend their store credit on."
