"Called Monday AM January 15th, said they could get me in Tuesday afternoon..perfect!! Except they didn't show, no call nothing...ok things happen. No show/no call Wednesday. So I called them today (Thursday) I was told they had all my info and everything was correct..but they never put me down on the schedule. They then offered to put me in for Friday after 4:00 but no promises they can make it...unless I was willing to pay the overtime. WHAT?! why would I pay overtime for a mistake that was clearly made by them? I told them I don't feel like I should have to pay over time because YOU missed the appointment...after telling them that, over time was no longer an option. Odd. Not good business practice! Own up to your mistakes and make accommodations when you mess up."

"Concern for a main sewer fracture/separation raised by a home inspection for a house purchase, inspector criticized by Précis saying “it’s just rain water not directed away from the house.” Camera inspection confirmed a problem did in fact exist, when the main sewer line was repaired the electrical line to the driveway light was cut. Tried to contact the business and simply ghosted by them, no response to CCR realtors either despite one of them saying the guy that did the job was her cousin!"
