"They will call cops and tow truck on you while you shower but won’t announce anything on the speakers to give you a chance to move your truck. Take your business elsewhere, trucking is the only industry where service providers can totally play against their customers and think it’s fine. Eventually places like this will go out of business but only if people wake up."
"It's OK, not the best, not the worst. Been here for both professional truck pit stop and personal vehicle. Truck parking fills up QUICK! There is VIP Parking but it is expensive and a bit closer to the building (not worth it IMO). *DO NOT* PARK IN THE RED FIRE LANES!!! I don't even work there and it's a pet peeve!!! Trucks always be blocking the exit way too. This site is seeing a lot more traffic lately with the new warehouses being built in the area. You can use the phone app to book your shower to avoid longer waits. They do need more employees cleaning the showers and quicker also. They usually have decent hot food items if you get there before too late at night (chicken, corndogs, pizzas, wedges etc.)"
"I'm wondering if I come at a bad time, because here lately, I'm having a difficult time getting certain basics like cups to get a fountain drink, some drinks are routinely not stocked, and theres been usually only one person to check everyone out. That leaves about 6-7 people waiting if a trucker needs to complete a scale transaction or someone asks for hot food. I hate to complain but it seems like theyre short staffed."
"Pretty good truck stop and gas station. Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Lots of parking for big rigs and cars needing to pull off the road and take a break. RV drivers, they have a nice, wide, easy to access RV fuel lane. But there's no separate or designated parking at this location for you. You'll have to slide in among the big rigs if you want to stay here. Good sized public laundry room by truck stop standards and a comfortable looking drivers lounge."
