"I had to take my truck in shortly after purchasing it. I was offered a rental while it was in the shop. They were able to locate the clod in the A/C line within a few hours. I had my truck back same day. The service area runs like a well oiled machine. They would also be able to drop the truck off for me after it was repaired. Would highly recommend."
"Brought my boyfriends Ford Mustang in for a recall. A part in the door is on recall and has failed so his door won’t stay shut. They refused service saying they “aren’t taking new customers”. It was my understanding that when you have recalled parts, any dealership should fix it for you. Guess we will take our business to Dave Arbogast from now on."
"Our vehicle was taken here for a recall on the transmission. We waited over 5 months to have the part come in. This was during the winter. Our cars battery was not properly maintained during the cold cycle as I'm sure they recommend. The battery was still under a Ford 3 year warranty but I still had to pay for a new battery. While jumping the battery they shorted out our aftermarket radio with too many volts to the system. The only reason we took our car to this dealer was for the body shop since it was in a head on collision. People don't belive the adds you hear just because they are a dealer of certain vehicles does not mean you will get the best service. My advice find a smaller trustworthy mechanic to build a relationship with. The dealers are only about numbers."
"Setting appointments make the service planning easier. Once you're in they keep you informed and when possible add a car wash. They are possible the best repair and car dealer. Very happy."
"Johnny Gibson was the rudest (sales) person I've encountered in a long time. I took my keys and walked next door and bought a Nissan. Beau Townsend would do well to get rid of him, as I heard about other complaints on him after expressing my own to the lovely folks next door at the Nissan dealership. Love my new Altima!!"
