"Will not do business here again. I brought my car in and when I pulled up the 4 men standing around doing nothing, told me to drive the car in. I had never done this at previous times here so I doubled checked to make sure thats what they wanted me to. I stayed in the car while they were doing my oil chage, I could hear them mocking me because I asked a question. Rude and unnecessary!!!!"

"Today we were in town from Columbus . We always used this company to do our oil changes. We haven’t been there since 4/14/23 . We pulled up and walked in to talk about getting oil changed. and the owner started yelling at us to get in our car!!! My husband wanted a price he said get in your car. He said I don’t have a waiting room. We said ok then he told us to get off his property and kiss his fat D…!! My husband said he will call company he said he was the owner and he was independent!! Craziest scary situation"

"I was in the Dayton area for a baseball tournament for my son and I needed an oil change so I thought I would try this place. What a mistake. Performed the oil change Saturday morning around 8:35 AM didn’t notice until the next morning when we walked out of the hotel to see a puddle of oil underneath my Lexus. Throughout the day it ended up leaking more and more. Of course when I tried to call them all day Sunday they were closed. Then as you can see (attached pics) once I got home it continued to leak in my garage. I took it to a place locally here in Fort Wayne on Monday and they told me I was 3 quarts low due to the mechanics not replacing the gasket on the oil plug. I then had to pay for another oil change on top of the $81 I already spent at this incompetent place. So I guess buyer beware when you’re out of town and need an oil change because there’s not much you can do about it once you head back home. I will continue to try to call them to get a refund but at this point I don’t know how that will turn out. I will update once I get in contact with manager/owner. Have a good day…and good luck if u use this place!"
