"I was driving home on 75 north from a prenatal appointment (I am 17 weeks but measuring bigger) and my tire lights went off. I was just over an hour away from home and pulled in to Muffler Brothers to have them help me. The gentleman was VERY rude. I told him I had my kids in the van and was trying to find out what was wrong so we could get home because I had no one I could call to assist me - as my husband was 3 hours away. He looked at me, who was clearly anxious and upset, and said I can’t help you, you’ll have to leave. He didn’t give me suggestions on who to go to next - I had ask him where can I go. He directed me elsewhere. I would not recommend them at all."
