"Worked with Kim and team at the site and they were amazing they are a very busy location. There was a little bit of confusion because I am from out of state and that did create some problem. So be ready for it. Overall my experience at this smart start location was fantastic however Ohio in general the charges more for for all of the services provided. You are unable to use the app from Smart Start to pay for any of the services at any facility in the state of Ohio. All of the state of Ohio Smart Start our franchise meaning they are not corporate owned and sometimes there is a communication problem. I like to write fair and honest reviews I would say that this location was very amenable to my needs and I am very happy with the services rendered at North Point Auto Group. Update review: Site took full month rental fees even tho the device was removed. The fees are paid up front. I requested that funds be refunded and have received no response. The site required me to change my review to 5 stars for services. "Change your review or we will not provide services." Truth be told the people are great North Auto, but the smart start franchise holder that runs all of Ohio is not. During times of inflation, this is a real problem. Review reduced to 3 stars. 1) taking funds more than Necessary without refunds 2) demanding 5 star review for services 3) review status of past negative impacts boosted by Kind folks on site and the tech on site, else this would be a 1 star based on 1 and 2."
