"They did great work on my 2012 Journey. They were able to get me in same day to do their inspection and they had the parts on hand to replace my radiator so they had the work done by the next morning. The car has been running without issue since I got it back from them. The staff was also easy to work with. Jim was my main point of contact and he was very knowledgeable and didn't condescend like some guys do. He was also upfront everytime there was going to be any additional cost and got approval from me before they did the additional work. All in all I'm very happy with the work done."
"I took my car in for what turned out to be a compression issue in one of the cylinders. The team, led by my representative Colson, went above and beyond to properly diagnose the issue, then fight with my warranty company for replacement (nearly $10000). My car was there for over a month, but I received nearly daily updates from Colson and was able to drive a loaner which tremendously helped. You all earned my business for life!"
"I have used ER for all of my vehicles and Service has always been top-notch. They are always friendly and a loaner is available if we need it. I recently had a license plate screw that the dealer was going to schedule an appointment and charge me. I called ER and they told me to bring the car in. As soon as I showed up, They removed the screw, installed the new license plate, and did not charge me. Their service is fantastic. I highly recommend this business."
