"Terrible customer service. I asked for a call back regarding my issues I am having with my insurance company. I surely did get a call back with a lot of sass and unhelpful attitude. From the start she was condensing rude. Her tone of voice couldn’t have been more bothered. I work in customer service this was unacceptable. With that being said I was not rude to her which is why it bothered me so much I felt I needed to make this known. I don’t care the day you are having you don’t treat others in such a bad manner, especially when I was being kind and I’m laying for a service, I’m not paying for someone to be rude and to me and not helpful. After going back and forth trying to explain my situation I quickly realized she wasn’t going to be of any assistance to me. Will be finding another agency."
