"This service and body shop was one of the hardest experiences. To start off, I called 3 times and even went in person to get my repairs estimate and they refused to send it to me. The day after my car undercarriage and bumper got repaired, my undercarriage and bumper literally slid off and began scraping the ground. When I took it back in the shop, they refused to show me the warranty and said they wanted me to file another claim saying my insurance did not pay them the correct amount. When I called insurance, I realized my insurance did pay them the correct amount and I was being misled. After days of calling, I still do not have my repairs summary or warranty or estimate. Not to mention, when they returned my car, it broke down right next to their shop due to the battery dying and no gas being in the car.Not sure if I dealt with all this because I was a girl by herself, but would strongly advise against bringing your car here. I will definitely be looking into escalating or pursuing legal action. I spent 50 days without my car only to get the EXACT same breakdown the next day. Not to mention, I called every day for weeks and got told I would get a call back from the manager and not ONCE did I get a call back. It’s genuinely disappointing to see a large dealership have a body shop that takes advantage of customers in need."

"So kinda of a mixed review here because the salesman I had Eric was great as well as the people in finance my issue is the dealership and I also both missed it had a slight bend in one of the chrome rims and you can’t notice it unless you are driving 55+ and even then not much at all when I noticed it I had already bought the truck now I get this was a used truck being a 2018 but the dealership refused to do absolutely anything at all which to me is absolutely ridiculous considering they should have caught this during the inspection when they brought the truck in that’s the reason you pay a higher price at a dealership highly disappointed because other then them basically telling me get lost it’s your truck now I had a good experience should have known all dealers are only out for number 1 and that’s definitely not the customer don’t be fooled! Edit they did promise to give me another rim when they get a used same truck in whenever that does happen if they get one and gave me 1 free oil change for my truck but it did take this review for them to want to do anything but at least they are showing an effort so happier now thank you!"
