"After my car was keyed, my insurance company recommended taking my car to Frankie and Dylan's for the estimate. I had never been there before, or knew anyone that had taken their car there so I was skeptical of their work. After getting the estimate and learning that they could get my car in next week I decided to give them a try. Frankie and Dylan's did a fantastic job repairing all the marks left in my passenger door and rear quarter-panel. I would get daily email updates about my car and the expected completion date. They even finished early! I am very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone!"
"This place is pricey (part of the reason I give them 4 instead of 5 stars) but are, for the most part, worth it. They did a wonderful job with my brother's car when I brought it in last year. This year, I got into a minor accident and they were again wonderful about getting a quote to me the same day I called in. My only, very minor gripe, is that over the phone I was told the estimate would only take about 15 minutes but I was actually there waiting on it for almost an hour. Again not a major thing, but I did miss an appointment I had planned on based on the original estimate and why I had to give 4 instead of the full 5 stars."
