"If you value your safety, use someone else. If you doubt this review, just check out all the other 1-star reviews. The driver I saw on the road this evening made me worried for the lives and safety of the half-dozen or so passengers in his van. Tailgating (for no reason - he had a clear left lane to pass), high-beaming folks, jumping a red light, veering across the double-yellow line several times, many turns and lane changes with no signal - the list could go on. And this was all in the roughly 1.5 miles that we happened to be following the same route. I was happy to get away from him and only hope his passengers (and the other folks on the road) got to their destinations safely."
"I would have concerns about safety with them. This morning in heavy rain van #43 was tailgating everyone they came up behind on I-71 north around 7:30. And when I say tailgating I mean about a van length between them and the car in front at 70 mph."
"Would suggest this company have their drivers let customers know they have arrived. They could call, text or just knock on the door. Even Uber does that. For safety I wouldn't expect to have to wait outside in the dark for a limo service. I understand they will do that but you must ask for it."
"Used them for wedding transport for guests from our Hotel on the day of, this was a fast process to set up the engagement via the phone driver was courteous and arrived at both the hotel and venue for transport at the scheduled time and was a great help on our busy day with everything else going on it was great to have them pretty much take care of the whole transport detail without any input or instruction from us. Very professional would use again if needed for large events for transport!!!"
"The driver arrived early and was very professional. I hired this ride for my family visiting from California. It was their first trip to really explore Cleveland. They all had a blast! It was great to send them off on a positive note."
