"Gentleman at the front was dismissive and rude, apparently services are only offered durning certain hours of the day. I was told battery testing stops at 6, very convenient since I walked in at 6:05 and the store doesn’t close till 9. Took my money and service to the AutoZone just down the road and received significantly better service."

Chuck answered the call and not only said they had my battery in stock, but that he would be willing to come give my car a jump to save me from having to tow to the store. Chuck went above and beyond - you definitely would not receive this kind of service from other auto stores! He installed my battery and was incredibly professional and kind.
