"I was only aware of one recall on my car Rachel G. found that there was 2 & scheduled them for the same time. The waiting area was clean & comfortable. Service was done in less than an hour & Rachel escorted me to my clean car...did I mention everything was free?"

"Great dealership! If you are looking for a new vehicle, Bill Reichert is the first and last person you will need to speak to. Bill is attentive, mindful, and I think that after you meet Bill, you may find it difficult to find a better person to do business with. I was in the dealership for service this week and Bill, who I have not spoken to for at least 5 years, recognized me, addressed me by name, asked about my parents and wife (all by name) and even asked me about my occupation, which he also remembered. He must have an amazing memory and take really good notes, but more importantly you can tell that he takes pride in nurturing relationships with his clients. My wife and I were considering upgrading her KIA (the first car we bought from Bill) to a Mercedes this year, but after talking with Bill again, we might just take the 45 minute drive up to Sheffield Lake and test drive a few of Bill's recommendations. As for the service department, everyone is very friendly and I have never left feeling like I got ripped off or overpaid for their services. I have also never had to return due to faulty workmanship and they give you a complete rundown of their full scope of work. Both John and Derek have helped me in the past and both gentlemen are very thorough and knowledgeable. If you have any concerns at all, ask for them by name and I'm sure they will be happy to help you. Overall, never had a bad experience here. Like I said, great dealership!"

"John R is the best! As a returning customer he reminded me of all the amenities available. In addition to oil change and tire rotation he heard my other concerns and helped me to understand and ease my mind that they were no other issues it was mainly user questions he cleared up. Way to go John. He asked Eddie the sales rep to help me with my navigation system question. This also was user knowledge Eddie helped me with. Great Team!"
