"Unfortunately I had to call about 6 times before I could reach somone. I found a phone# on an old invoice that worked. The phone number for the service dept on the website doesnt work. Also, i had to wait weeks to take my car in to get a loaner even tho the seatbelt wasnt working. Once I got my car in team was very helpful and efficient."

"Repaired recall on the escape. Repair was done quickly but car sat outside for 20 minutes before I was notified. Was not notified due to the paperwork wasn’t completed. Disappointed not notified of the delay and had to ask service advisor why car was sitting there for 20 minutes or so."

"Very difficult to get through to schedule the appointment. The tech was having trouble with the Sync update and my car was there far longer because they hadn't done the oil change. Had the change been done, I would have done the sync at a later time because I had to scramble to figure out how to pick it up later. We got the car back very late. I paid for "the works" but never received the service inspection report because I don't think it was done. We've always received great service in the past so this was unexpected."

"We went in because of a recall on our lock systems. They were able to make an appointment right away. Very pleasant and knowledgeable people and the waiting area was extremely nice and roomy. They had us in and out so quickly! We were very impressed with the service we got from Mike Bass and plan to return for future needs."
