"Had $2,900 worth of work done to my 2007 F150. My PCM has had a problem of going out so I had them replace the computer, and asked them to look through and see why it was happening. They claimed to have done electrical testing and searching to find my problem and they found nothing. I was told the truck was in perfect working order and I was good to go! 2 months later and my PCM goes out again. When I asked them to cover the labour cost of having a new PCM installed (As they had told me before everything was good, and not to worry) John the service manager was nice enough to tell me to go pound sand and it’s not their problem. If you want to go to a dealership that will take your money, lie to you, then say it’s not their problem, this is the place to go!"
"I had a bad experience with a local Ford dealer so I drove a little farther to Mike Bass. I was very impressed with the salesman and new car sales manager. I ordered a car from my local dealer that still hasn’t show up. It’s been over two years. At Mike Bass they told me they would take care of me. They sure did. My order took only took a few months. When I went to pick up my car they had me in and out."
"I had been searching for a used car for a few months. After seeing one that piqued my interest on their lot and looking at it online, I used the chat feature to ask for more details. The chat response was immediate and excellent. I could tell I was talking to an actual person. After getting my info, I was contacted by Jeffrey who helped set up a time to come for a test drive the same day. When I arrived, I was introduced to Steve who was friendly and helpful. After the test drive, I pointed out an issue with the car and Steve said if I was ready to buy, he can have the car in service first thing in the morning to fix it. We ran the numbers, came to an agreement, and signed everything. True to his word, he had the car in service the next morning and I picked up my car right after lunch. The issue was fixed and the car was brought out to me clean, with a full tank of gas. I would definitely buy from here again and recommend Steve to anyone in the market for a used car."
"I worked with a young man named Mike in used cars who I'm very pleased to have done business with. I ended up buying one of the two Subaru's I checked out on the lot. He was very respectful and didn't pressure me into buying one car over another. He offered to let me drive the car on my own which was a nice departure from other dealerships I had gone to, but since I didn't know the area I asked if he would ride with me. I had a good experience I almost bought a Subaru from another Subaru dealership that was really playing up the FOMO (fear of missing out) factor of their car. I'm so glad I didn't buy the rust bucket from that dealership. Mike was really good at helping me come to the conclusion to buy the car I ended up with. He helped me weigh the pros and cons and allowed me to decide what was the best deal for myself without trying to pressure me. I'll do business with them in the future also I got a fantastic car at a great price."
"I typically wouldn’t leave a negative review for any service or company, I would just stop using them. However, this will be both. Ordered hitch and wiring kit from Mike Bass to be installed by Mike Bass on a brand new 2022 Bronco Sport. On the day of the scheduled appointment to drop off the vehicle, just before I called Uber to get back home, luckily I checked if the parts had actually come in - they had not. That was a waisted hour of my morning. They called two days later when they had the parts, and I took the vehicle back in. The body manager was nice enough to give me a loaner at that point. I asked him about the process and he said the bumper or plastic is provisioned with the proper cutouts to install the hitch aftermarket. My heart sank when I picked up the truck later that afternoon and saw the crude job they had done - the plastic was hacked all the way down to the metal at both the hitch and where the wiring kit was mounted. I asked the gentleman at the desk to speak with someone but no one was available - the service manager was in a meeting. I also told him that was a brand new rear cargo mat that I just put in the previous day and now had slices in it. He went out and took some pictures and said he’d have him call me. I waited a few days, no one called back. I ended up calling the service manager and left a voice message but the following day the body manager called back instead. I asked if I could bring the vehicle in for him to look at, and he said yes. When he looked at it he could see that the job looked crude, and went in to talk to the mechanic who installed it. Came back and said that’s how Ford recommends cutting the bumper plastic and that they followed the proper instructions. I also showed him the cargo liner with the new cuts in it, he didn’t say much but stood behind the work. Lastly, I purchased the Bronco Sport from another dealer down south, but was looking for a local home to do all of my future service on the vehicle. It won’t be at Mike Bass Ford unfortunately."
