"Very bad customer service. I was told that our Semi Truck insurance policy was being canceled on September 9th, so I went out and got different insurance. That was no big issue, until I got a bill from Nationwide for $3,000+. When I called Sandstone, manager Dave was not willing to help, even after I offered and sent him email proof that his agent told me my policy was going to be canceled. I would not recommend this company for anybody that is trying to run a business! Edit (response): Your company was the one who wrote the insurance policy originally, it is not my fault it was written wrong. We gave you all of the information as to what our company was about, and that was the insurance policy you said worked best. As stated before, I was okay with going our separate ways since you were trying to get us a new insurance policy that was at least double the cost of the one we had already been paying. Once I was told we were being canceled, I asked what the day of cancelation was, and was emailed "It's stated to be effective September 9th." That was the last communication myself and Sandstone insurance had. To me, that sounds like we will no longer be insured starting September 9th, so I went out and got new insurance (Which was a very comparable price to the original policy we had with Sandstone!) You are correct in saying I did not pay the bill I received from Nationwide because I was told we would not be insured as of September 9th, and I am not going to pay for a service I was told was canceled. I have read other reviews, and they seem like a great company for personal insurance on personal vehicles and things, but when it comes to business and commercial insurance, I would go elsewhere."
