"Late last summer it happened. I was sitting in my favorite spot on the sofa, minding my own business watching $200/mo cable when BOOM! Absolutely nothing responded when the thermostat called for air conditioning. As a big guy, I had two options. A: I could curl up into a half fetal position on the cushion of the couch and use the first beads of sweat forming on my wrinkled brow to hide the tears welling inside of my worried eyes. OR B: I could stand tall, pick up the phone and take immediate action to correct the problem, thus ensuring many years of total comfort to come! I had just been laid off, so I chose option A. But come April of 2018, I took life by the horns and made that call! I did some investigative work and quickly discovered that JD Indoor was THE company to call. I ended up with a total of 7 quotes and JD offered, by FAR, the best VALUE for our money. For a very fair price, we got a great unit, a whole-house humidifier (Cannot be beat) and the install team was really amazing. While it's true that I WOULD take money to write a review for somebody, I am writing THIS review because it is my HONEST opinion that you cannot go wrong with JD Indoor & Comfort. I am not related to anyone in the company, I am just thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism I experienced working with JD. I have already recommended them several times, as I will continue to do in the future. As of late, I have just signed up for their ongoing maintenance program to help protect not only my new unit, but also my existing furnace and hot water tank as well. Give them a shout folks!
