"I had the transmission in my square body Chevy rebuilt in 2020 by Middletown Transmission due to the torque converter bleeding off. 3,700 miles later (but past the 12 month warranty) the transmission went out, lost third gear. I called them and asked about standing behind their work and they told me I’d have to pay for another rebuild. I chose to take it elsewhere this time since apparently their rebuilds are only good for a very short amount of miles. This used to be a real good shop but things aren’t they used to be."
"This place is a money pit. Our car had shifting issues. He picked the most expensive part to change knowing full well what it was. I called 3 other shops and just from the phone conversation told us exactly what it was wrong with it...it was $50 wiring harness. This business told us 2 different parts, one being $600 the other $200. I have proof he knew it wasn’t either of those parts. Then, failed to show up on time twice to fix the second thing he said it was. We won’t be back. Take your business somewhere else!"
"Service was fast and they prices was reasonable! I cleared my whole schedule for the day because I was ready to wait forever for my car repair because the piece had to but and welded in. But! After I dropped off my car they called me back in an hour and a half and told me it was done and ready! I am very satisfied and would come back again if I ever need to!"
