"Horrible customer service. I called to request a pre-purchase inspection on a car I'd seen online but this dude hanged up on me three times. The first two times he acknowledged the call then proceeded to feign looking for someone to assist before disconnecting. Third time someone (duh!) hanged up right away. Not the best way to treat a potential customer."
