"Worst place to ever go through. My items broke 3 separate times and I returned them and told them I no longer wanted to go through them. Signed a lease breaking document to get out of my lease agreement and am still being charged for items I no longer have. And continue to get the run around"
"Some years ago this store was badly managed but that has changed. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Recently Alyssa and Kim searched and found a laptop for my college bound daughter. They broke all records by finding one that has made my daughter exceedingly happy. I can’t thank them enough for all of their efforts. Way to go UHR! Update: June 23, 2023…. Again UHR helped when I needed it the most. This time my laptop died and Alyssa found a replacement that not only met, but exceeded my expectations within a matter of minutes. Way to go ream!"
"Sold us a used mattress, had a cover on it and under the cover the mattress was extremely stained, we returned the merchandise and they blamed it on us and demanded money. Disgusting company. They also left the bed cover on my porch when they could have threw it away in the trash can that's literally right out front. Oh and while I'm at it Kim (the manager) threatened to take my aunt to court unless she paid money today, sounds kinda like extortion to me."
"I want to first say the staff at the Xenia location were very inviting, pleasant and extremely nice. Allisa, April, Malachi and the others I didn't get the names were all really nice. I needed a washer they made sure I got a washer and delivered it in one day. Well the washer wasn't working properly they had somebody out to my house in Trotwood Dayton area in one day with a new washer they care about their customers. God bless!"
