"This location has a pharmacy that has little or no stock of nearly everything. If you are feeling or refilling a prescription you will probably have to wait 3 to 5 days for it to be ordered."

"Pharmacy sucks long waits inside and drive thru staff not having meds and taking customers off meds 3-5days cause they can not stock or fill and refuse to transfer to another pharmacy"

"For a while this WG pharmacy was the best around but those days are long gone. Pharmacy closes at 7 got there at 640. But some Karen held up the line for a full 20 min. Once they finally drove off the staff closed the window even though several cars had been waiting 20 min or more. Staff, please do better. Dealing with idiots sucks, yes. But transactions that take that long need to be brought inside. And frankly it seemed it was more important that y’all got out of there asap rather than help people."

"I used rite aid for many years in xenia until they closed their doors for good. I was told by Walgreens about 2 was ago that they had my scripts. I called today to get a refill, and spoke with one of the driest, most rude individuals. I asked for clarification with regard to her terminology used and between the sighs, and what sounded like disdain in her responses was told to have my scripts sent in by my doctor. I then explained that I was told 2 wks ago that I did not need to do anything on my part, because they had everything from Rite Aid. I will be moving my scripts to another pharmacy. I don't ask for much, but I believe that we all deserve respect and when needed, someone kind to explain what we are unsure of."
