"Would someone from Lowe’s please explain why my son’s clothes dryer that had extended warranty purchased. That broke Dec 30 2023 and parts are over $700 dollars and are on back order. Are still having to use my dryer in the middle of February rather than get their dryer replaced. This is a poor way to run a business and know I will never purchase another item from your Xenia store."
"Excellent customer service. I went in to purchase glass for a reptile enclosure build, but was informed by an employee, Joshua, that the glass would be too brittle. So he helped me find a better material that matches my budget, and cut it to size for my needs. Very friendly and helpful. All the other employees were kind and helpful as well. Wonderful Lowe's store if you need anything for diy projects!"
"Went to return a tool a specifically told the customer service that I wanted cash or in store credit and he specifically didn’t do it. I then asked him about it and he said “he forgot” all in a matter of 3 minutes? Now I must wait a week or more for money to return to my card?"
"Emma helped us out we came in to get a new stove and fencing for a privacy fence. Emma was beyond AMAZING. the sweetest, happiest lowes employee I’ve ever encountered! She made things so easy & talked with us the whole time. She made sure to make things as easy for us as possible & I’m so grateful for that because as two women my mom & I thought we might of been in there forever trying to do the fencing. Emma’s customer service was top notch! 10/10"
