"Good customer service. I ended up ordering online and probably should have waited to call. I ordered 8 Streater 18 x 48 shelves and the price of the shelves was good but they are charging me $111 for shipping which I think is about $60 to much. I run an outdoor power equipment business and can ship an 800lb mower across the country for that price. I did leave a note in the shipping instructions asking why the cost was so high. I'll report back when I get an answer. Thanks so much for the reply. I thought as much. Again, great customer service! Thanks!"
