"After years and years of being a customer I go to get my medicine and your Sold Out to Walgreens with my scripts floating in Cyberspace and having to contact my physician to explain the situation and have them called in somewhere else and when your dealing with certain medications it's not always simple, couldn't let your faithful customers know you were closing been with you since day one now i have no meds, til I straightened your mess out and you give Walgreens my private information without my consent, Thanks for the memories"

Ellie was super helpful and even walked with me to help me find exactly what I needed. To verify I had everything, the pharmacist, Tyler, went above and beyond and took his time to print off information to help put my mind at ease, and looked over everything with me. He explained in depth all the steps I needed to take and made sure all my questions were answered before he went back to his very busy day. "Stopped by to transfer my scripts over from mail order and the pharmacy manager stepped up to the counter and took care of me immediately with kindness and patience and was thorough. As a pharmacist myself who has a decade+ of working in community, I can tell you that a pharmacist who is willing to make the time to engage directly with you as a patient is a big deal. There are a LOT of competing priorities behind the counter that often win out over patient conversation unless there's a problem. "My five year old takes medicine regularly and in the past we’ve used CVS but thought we’d move his prescriptions to Plain City Druggist for convenience and to support our local pharmacy. However, it took me several calls to even get these moved and during this, the customer service manager was rude. They filled his EpiPen but when I got home, I noticed it expires in July! I’ve been getting my son EpiPen’s for five years and never have I had one that expired in less than a year. When I questioned this, I got a confusing answer but I’m thinking she was saying they can sell them as long as the expiration date is more than six months? It just hasn’t been a good experience so I’m choosing to move his prescriptions."
