"Aisles are very narrow. It is not possible to fit 2 people wide in an aisle. The two stores are linked together on the inside. Both stores are very cluttered and it is very easy to knock items off the shelves with carts. They do have great selection and reasonable prices. It is worth the visit."
"Great time shopping for Christmas presents. Always great selection and quality for the price. Even though it was quite busy, 8 cashiers were available which made check out time quick. One of my favorite stores that has something for just about everyone on my list."
"Consistently good products and staff. Don't be scared of the long line. There are 7 registers and when they are all open, the line moves quickly. Found a good dog bed and deer antlers here for SIGNIFICANTLY less than anything online. The pet selection was great with lots of supplies and varying brands. Store was moderately busy but it's big enough that it doesn't feel overly crowded. Lots of items to choose from for most areas but the impulse isle is dangerous. Lots of little things to pick up as you go through."
"The store is okay, and the selections are not too many. The main issue is the services. Only 3-4 cashiers work, so waiting in line is one hour until you reach the cashiers. The cashier took care of was extremely slow and confused. After waiting for his scanning of the products, which took literally 20 mi, he told me that he thought the cashier machine did not check the items anymore. Although, I was able to see the price of the items that he was scanning. He called for help, and they wanted to scan everything from banning again. Really. If you go there add 45 min, one hour to be in the waiting line. We had a horrible experience. I would not shop there again."
"Big Store, huge & nice collection, quality of the products is good. Sorting in Shelves can be improved. There is definitely huge scope for improvement in organizing and better presentation in some sections like pottery, home decor. Billing queue is horrible only 3 counters for 3 lines of queue. Took almost an hour to get billed."
