"Stopped to go bathroom, get lottery tickets. I have to say, their bathroom very homey with sanitary napkins, nice smelly potpourri, spiritual posters on wall which being on a trip was nice to read. Very clean. Got some bo bake cookies.. very yummy"

"Got ripped off here. I only got one donut and was charged for two. This was my first time there too and the guy ripped me off for 75 cents, I will NEVER EVER SHOP inside this store again. I don't like getting ripped off, even for 75 cents. I also just now made a formal complaint to corporate too. Its one thing if I knew about it, but the cashier said nothing to me at all."

"Great service, great employees, the foreign employees for the subway in the store are a bit annoying, mainly because they undercut the portioning of the food, and I can never understand them. Besides the subway, they store is great, great atmosphere, I love the employees they are friendly, funny, and always enjoyable to be around. The owner (and previous mayor of plain city) is someone I am not a fan of, they did things in the town that costs this town roughly $2.1m he did things to give his shell station the upper hand in town, shut out other companies trying to come into Plain City, he did this because he knew these companies would take his business, I consider this to be not right. Other than the terrible owner, the place is fantastic. Great prices, coffee, snacks, etc. Love the employees, they have become friends."
