"I'm very disappointed in this Office Max! This holiday season we called 10 min prior to closing to see if they would stay open another 3 min so my daughter could print out her acceptance letter she received from a college. She wanted to surprise her dad as a gift for Christmas. It was a last min gift that she was really looking forward to giving. All she wanted to do was print 1 copy. We called , the lady put us on hold for 3 min and came back and said, NO. My mouth dropped as I would have personally stayed open an extra 3 min for a customer especially on Christmas Eve.what a shame! People have no hearts and no generosity. No sign of holiday spirit whatsoever!"

"Clean, smells good, organized. Sometimes there’s boxes in the floor that aren’t taken to the back, with no employee in sight which isn’t the most considerate of disabled people or aesthetically pleasing. Prices are fine though and it’s very bright and easy to locate items. The self serve print is really nice and easy with good pricing."
