"Took my car here when it broke down out of a recommendation. They charged $700 for a valve cover gasket, spark plugs, and plug wires. 10 days later and its not running again. When I called them to tell them the conversation ended in the person on the phone mother f'in me and hanging up on me. I so not recommend this place. Their work is not quality, they are overpriced, and very unprofessional."
"I was very pleased with the oil change service Vehicles Unlimited provided recently. We just moved to the Mentor, Ohio area and needed a facility to care for our vehicles. Ricky and Tony were extremely pleasant, and even offered me a ride back home. Another customer even offered. I did not need an appointment, the price for the service provided was very good, fair and was the work was completed in a timely fashion despite the busyness of their day. I would highly recommend Vehicles Unlimited!"
