Get me the parts I needed in a timely fashion and made sure I was aware of everything I needed to know along the way. Makayla I think that's her name is a joy Everytime I walk in or call the place. I've had another issue recently n had to get my car towed there, AK, another worker there offered to help me get into another vehicle while. I just love this place. I won't go anywhere else."

"Sold me a manual transmission, drove 200+ miles to get it and it's an automatic, and the guy who removed it, busted the case on ot anyway. So even of ot was the right one, it would've been junk anyway. They're hacks, and I wouldn't buy anything from them. New owners aren't any better than the old ones. He refunded me, but didn't compensate me for my wasted has or time for his mistake."

"Everyone in this place is super friendly, buddy is an honest dude came to change the tire and he fixed it saved me about 100 bucks. Steve at the front desk is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to car mechanical stuff and doesn't say something unless he knows what he's talking about and tells you everything you need to do step by step to get your car fixed. Didn't interact much with the others but they seemed friendly, glad I came here via my friend recommendation and will be a regular here."

"I not even giving them the one star Bad customer service they make you pay for the part before you get it then try to give you something nobody would want then charge you 25% restock fee then it was the wrong part don’t do business with them they going rip you off I guess I paid for the 12 pack of beer I seen one worker walking in with"

"Terrible service. Have literally drunks/methheads for professionals. The specialist literally took 15min to find the proper battery. Than brought me the wrong battery. Wait time was amazingly long. Customer service was lackluster. Cherry pick is 5 minutes away with better staffing and information. The people at a1 were lazy. And even now when I'm calling, they left me on hold for 5 minutes twice."
